ABOUT HCMC OPEN UNIVERSITY

Ho Chi Minh City Open University, an on-campus and distance learning higher education institution, was founded on July 26th, 1993. The University offers multi-disciplined courses from business; economics; information technology to biotechnology at bachelor's level and postgraduate levels including masters and PhD degrees. ABOUT THE RESEARCH CENTRE IN BUSINESS, ECONOMICS & RESOURCES (CBER)

The Research Centre in Business, Economics & Resources (CBER) aims to achieve international excellence in research and publication. CBER's missions are: (i) to enhance and strengthen research expertise for staff and research students by defining selected areas of research which are unique to the University; (ii) to conduct joint research with senior academics from universities around the World; and (iii) to organise highly regarded international conferences from which papers are selected for publications in high ranked international journals.
